Capacity
Our production area takes approximately 40,000 square feet and the monthly production capacity hits close to 5,000,000 meters with over 100 manufacturing equipments on duty, including wire drawing machine, twisting machine, rope weaving machine and testing machine of breaking force.
Furthermore, our R&D team is strongly capable of putting your product ideas into finished products. OEM and ODM orders are always welcome. We take care of every single step starting from feasiblity assessment of your ideas, sampling, testing and all the way to a finished product.

We test rope and cord on a regular basis both internally and externally. Our testing equipment in site affords breaking force tests of up to 5000 kg, which is sufficient for most ropes. We also work with third party testing agencies to provide objective and acknowledged reports for clients from all over the world.
