Challenge:

Original elastic cords on hiking backpacks lost elasticity and cracked under sun/rain, causing frequent negative reviews.

The backpack bungee cord is designed for outdoor enthusiasts and premium backpack brands, to secure trekking poles, sleeping bags, water bottles, etc.

Our Custom Solution:

Materials:

Polyester outer + high-elastic latex core → the polyester layer improves UV/abrasion resistant, The latex core ensures an elastic recovery rate of ≥90% 90% elasticity, better rebound/softness than ordinary rubber.

Diameter:

3mm (8g per strand) → lightweight yet strong, ideal for securing gear.

Rope Ends and Accessories:

Custom POM spring buckle for adjustment; rope ends are heat-sealed and injection-molded with plastic caps for durability, preventing fraying and extending service life.

Structure:

Double-braided structure → prevents knotting and elasticity shift during use.

Appearance:

Black color, optional reflective version for night safety; soft texture protects backpack fabric.
